Hi, my name is Nicole. I am married to the most wonderful man and we have 3 beautiful girls ages 3 and under. I love to decorate cakes in my spare time, which is usually while my kids are sleeping. My beautiful wedding cake inspired me to learn the art of cake decorating. I did this through the Wilton courses and later went on to teach cake decorating classes as Michaels. It is a passion of mine that I want to share with all of you.
